E-learning module:  On the web the candidate reads the information on the job or task she/he is expected to execute

 

Knowledge test: The candidate completes an on-line questionnaire to check if the candidate has professionally absorbed the information and matches with your profile and should qualify for the Voice dialogue

  

Voice dialogue:  After qualification by your standards, Voice Audition will automatically dial out to the candidate’s telephone and will conduct inbound or outbound telephone role-plays with the help of voice recognition technology 

Admin module includes

Multi-media content management module: editing your assessment and  dialogues for inbound and outbound calls in your language of choice

 

Reports: Reports include voice and web performance of candidates with MP3 and Wav recordings

 

Administration: For international roll out in large or small organisations with roles and various levels of authentication

 

Maintenance: Exports, data-removal, usage reporting
